Warm Season Tune-Up

• Check filters, compressor performance, Freon charge, and all safety controls
• Test crankcase heater and operating pressure
• Inspect condenser coil, evaporator coil and drain pan, condensate drain, and blower
• Clean blower (if necessary) and clean and calibrate thermostat
• Record superheat and lubricate all necessary parts

Cool Season Tune-Up

• Check filters, gas valve, safety controls, sequencer, heating elements, CO level, heat exchanger, heat pump reversing valve and defrost cycle
• Clean blower, manifold compartment interior, pilot, and burners
• Test for gas leaks
• Clean and calibrate thermostat
• Check and clean humidifier
